Nathalia grew up in Colombia and brings a warm, compassionate personality to Guardian Resources. She was introduced to the firm through a friend who previously worked in case design and quickly came to appreciate the company’s culture and the way people genuinely care for one another.

Outside of work, Nathalia loves reading psychology books, spending time with her family, her husband, her baby, and her dogs. She also enjoys going for walks and running during the summer. Nathalia describes herself as sarcastic but deeply compassionate, and she enjoys the people-first culture at Guardian. One of her favorite local spots is the Minnehaha dog park, where she enjoys walking her dogs.
