Morgen grew up in Plymouth, Minnesota, and came to Guardian Resources after meeting Melissa Lombard through church. She was looking for a new opportunity and found a place where she could bring both organization and creativity to the team.

Outside of work, Morgen is a photographer who especially enjoys shooting sports. She also loves creative hobbies, including acrylic painting and other crafts. Friends and coworkers would describe her as fun, lighthearted, and easy to be around. In her role, Morgen enjoys meeting clients face to face and helping create a welcoming experience when they come into the office.
